My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Madison, I was found as a stray and picked up to go to the pound, someone took me from the pound and now I am in rescue. I have been spayed, neutered and microchipped and have my shots, heartworm and flea medication and also had a dental. They think I am about 6 years old. I weigh 14 pounds and have longer legs but I am a small girl. I am housebroken and have learned to use the doggie door, and I sleep quiet in my crate with no mess. I am on grain free food, like all my foster siblings and love my food! I have learned sit (with encouragement) and am learning to walk on a leash. My foster mom uses a harness since I probably had never been on a leash before. I LOVE KIDS! I love it when the kids come to visit. They take me for long walks and give lots of hugs and kisses. I am still learning about my foster siblings, the boys and I get on great, and my sister and I are still learning about each other. She is a little bitty thing and she wants to play and I am still learning about play. I would love to get on the bed with Mom and Dad, but they think it best if I don’t learn all that jumping around stuff, but I love to sit in the chair with them! I can nap in the chair with them and watch TV! I have quite a bit of energy, but I don’t know about ball yet. I know foster sister likes to chase the thing around all the time. I am a great girl and would love to be in a forever home!
