My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Peanut is appropriately named weighing in at about 5lbs. He's working on gaining weight. Unfortunately his first years in life (he's estimated to be between 4-6 years old) were not very good. He was kept in a crate all day except to go outside to go potty. When he was brought in to our vet's office with a marble stuck in his intestines, we took him in to our rescue. He is such a strong boy and made it through surgery like a champ and was ready for breakfast the next morning. He had a wobbly little walk when he came home because he had no muscle tone. In just two weeks, he's a totally different dog. He's gaining weight, running and jumping with his foster sisters!! He's a great little dog. Very mellow and loves just laying in the sun and enjoying a good dog's life. Peanut will need a patient family who can be gentle with him and continue to teach him how good life is outside of a crate!

Our fee of $225.00 includes spay/neuter,microchip, vaccinations including bordatella, worming, heartworm test, preventive heartworm, flea and tick treatment.
