My name is ROMEO and I am a 8 month old Jack Russell, Terrier, Chihuahua mix. I'm not really sure of my breeds, but I have certain JRT traits such as the way I stand and my ears. People tell me that I have Chihuahua coloring and it looks like the very tip of my tail and toes were dipped in white out!
A college girl thought it would be "cool" to have a little dog like me in her dorm room. That didn't work out so well which how I ended up looking for a forever home.
I weigh 8.5 pounds and don't think I'll get much bigger (if at all). I have all my shots and am neutered, so I'm ready for my new home!
I do have a bit of separation anxiety as I will cry when you leave if I don't have another doggy friend to be with. I am working on crate training and quiet down after about 10 or 15 minutes of being alone. I sleep in my crate at night with my current doggy friend and am very content with that!
My potty training is going GREAT! I have only had a few accidents on the house (thanks to my learning how to be crated!)
I LOVE people of all sorts and ages, I love to play with other dogs and cats. I am shy when I first meet a new dog, but warm up quickly. I really am a lap dog, thank goodness I am only 8.5 pounds!
If you would like to learn more about me or meet me, please call my foster Allison at 916-717-0707. She's in Camarillo, CA (Ventura County) so don't let the 916 area code fool you. You can also e-mail adopt@jindoproject.org for more information.
