Meet Mr. Boots! *SPECIAL NEEDS: newly diagnosed as diabetic & has loss of eyesight * He came from a North Platte shelter as an owner surrender and was put on death row, as his spirit and temperament started to dwindle. He is estimated to be around 8 years old, is neutered, front declawed (previous owners), up to date on shots, and tested negative for FIV/Feline Leukemia. He also might be a little hard of seeing, so we know this could be a long shot but he needs a home, so let's give him the chance he deserves! He would have been euthanized weeks ago if we hadn't taken him.
