My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Khao (formerly Damien). I am 1 year and 7 months old, and I was rescued from the streets of Phuket, Thailand by Soi Dog. I was dumped at the entrance of Soi Dog as a very little puppy with my 6 brothers and sisters. I do not know why we were dumped as we had done nothing wrong, but I guess in a way we were lucky because it meant that Soi Dog took us into their care. Had we been left on the streets, we probably would have died. I arrived in Canada a few months ago and I was doing well adjusting to living in a home, however the people who adopted me took things a bit too quick for me and I struggled to cope with it all. I need a quiet home where I can adjust to my new life at my own pace. Once I'm settled I would benefit from going to some training classes so I can get used to dogs that I've never met before.
