Meet Tootsie! She is 9 months old and weighs 10 lb. She is being fostered in Deerfield. Tootsie was surrendered by her elderly owner who is moving and cannot take Tootsie with her. Tootsie is healthy, spayed, and up to date on her vaccinations. She is super sweet and loves to give kisses. She is crate trained and working on house-training. Tootsie is used to getting frequent walks throughout the day. She loves playing fetch and has a lot of puppy energy.
