Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kaylee is a gorgeous red and black, AKC registered, female German Shepherd. She was born on 1/19/2012. Kaylee is OFA certified; radiographs were completed on 5/19/2014.
Kaylee's owner's husband passed away, suddenly, last month and, as a result, Kaylee and her four puppies were surrendered to WGSR. (The father of these puppies will also be coming into rescue towards the end of summer.
Kaylee was very well loved and cared for. She is incredibly smart and has learned all of her basic obedience with her foster mom. Kaylee is very responsive and learns quickly. She loves going for walks and is athletic and high energy. Therefore, an active adult or adult couple is perfect for her.
Kaylee is perfectly crate trained and rides very well in the car in her crate. She is currently living with a male German Shepherd, but in her ideal home, Kaylee will be a single dog. We have no history of her with cats, so a home without cats is best.
If you would like to adopt Kaylee, please visit our website and apply today!
PLEASE NOTE: The information contained within this biography is based on observations from the current foster home. In no way can we predict future behavior and or temperament as individual household dynamics vary greatly, and are impacted by the experience and leadership of those within the home.

The adoption process includes completion of an adoption application, a vet check, a home visit and a lifetime adoption contract.
