Sweet Jasper has had it rough. He was covered in mats when his owner gave him up. The matting was so bad he had to be completely shaved so close to the skin it left scabs. Soon Jasper will have a beautiful long white and beige coat. This guy is looking for a home that will love him and take care of him for the rest of his life. He never wants to be in such bad condition again. 5 year old Jasper is house trained. Jasper still finds the world a little scary and needs a home that will be patience and give him the time to warm up to them.
