My story

ADOPTION PENDING Woody is available for adoption through MI Lab Rescue. He is a big boy with lots of love to give! He likes to go for runs, and play ball. He enjoys being around his people/ person. Woody's perfect companion would be some one who would be willing to exercise and work with him regularly. He has been through basic obedience 1 at Doghouse and did very well! He'll do anything for a cookie. We will be working with our good friend, and trainer Jacqueline Drake on helping Woody overcome his fears by associating scary things with positive rewards! Woody loves training, he teaches me something new everyday. Woody would do best in a home without children, he is curious about cats but doesn't seem to want to hurt them. He's a social butterfly when it comes to other dogs, he would prefer a buddy/playmate large enough that he could run and wrestle with them. A fenced yard would be ideal. Exceptions could be made, if everything else was a great fit! He would love an active home where he would be able to stretch those long legs and have his physical needs met. Overall Woody is very well behaved in the house, he has never had an accident and is not at all destructive.

We believe him to be between 2-3 years old. He is neutered and up to date on all vaccinations including bordatella. He is HW negative and is on monthly preventative for heartworm and fleas/ticks. Woody is in great health!
