Barnaby is the happiest dog in the Perkins Animal Shelter. His favorite hobby is to sit tall on his bed and observe all of the shelter happenings. He gets along well with other dogs and loves everyone he meets. Barnaby is vaccinated and heartworm negative. He will be neutered before going home. His adoption fee is $35.
