My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Remo Calvare - Remo (meaning "strong one") Calvare (because he had a fractured calvaria).

This happy, playful, healthy boy has come a long way since he first arrived as a scared kitten with a broken skull. Remo was a small kitten with a big headache when he came to us with large wounds on his head. He'd clearly been an outdoor cat and although not feral he was clearly in survival mode and didn't know how to play. There's something really sad about a little kitten who can't play. After several rounds of antibiotics and surgery to remove a rotting piece of skull from his head he has fully recovered and certainly knows how to play. He's very friendly and outgoing with people he knows - he LOVES attention and petting and is making up for lost time in the being a kitten department.
As for his fractured skull - the vet says he should stay off the football field, but other than that he's in tip-top shape and ready to find his family. And did we mention he's gorgeous - this handsome "Tabbysinian" dude grows more good-looking every day!

Adoption procedure includes an adoption application and home visit.
Adoption fee applies and includes:neuter surgery
current on age-appropriate vaccinations (FVRCP and rabies)
FIV/ feline leukemia testing (negative for both)
microchip
cat training/ behavior DVD
certificate for a free veterinary wellness exam
