Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Did you know that most orange cats are male? Get yourself a rarity for your orange kitty collection!!!
Marvelous Lady Marmalade is a gorgeous orange classic tabby with a beautiful marbled coat accented with tuxedo markings. She’s a spectacular cat – a great companion kitty – centered, loving, and low maintenance. Her foster family report that, like many adult cars, she needed a little time to settle in and lose her shyness, but now she regularly watches birds at the bird feeder, relaxes in her “kitty loaf” pose, and manages to do well with the family’s excitable dachshund. She gets along with other kitties (with gradual and appropriate introduction) and has even proven herself a safe and respectful friend to the two pet rats -- supervised, of course ;-) She has some adorable quirks – for example, she likes to remove her kitty kibble piece by piece from the bowl with her paw, set it on the table, and then eat it. She also likes to stir up her water with her paw before she drinks it. Her foster family will be sad to see her go – but their loss is your gain.
Lady Marmalade came to SARA and with her six kittens and was a great mom; now they have their forever families, it's her turn. She is also good with kids and teens but stays away from toddlers while they visit her foster home; a quieter environment is probably her preference. She is a quiet girl, enjoys her toys – especially the laser pointer - and likes to play but, at 2-years old, is over the climbing the curtains phase of life. She is content to hang out by herself or in human company.
