AVAILABLE 06-18-15 A family watched Lucky wandering around their neighborhood for about a week, before they finally decided to bring him to the Shelter where he would be safe and cared for on 06- 12-15. Lucky is a really unique looking dog with her very large stand up ears and size she might be part Basenji. She's a friendly girl who does well on leash once she gets out of the gate. She tested negative for heart worm disease and has been given a preventative. Her shots are also now up to date and she will be microchipped at adoption. Lucky likes to play with her toys and nap on her bed, but she would much rather do both in a home of her own. Please come to the Shelter in Elizabeth City and meet Lucky, take her for a walk, see this unique looking dog - you might decide to give her the loving home that she longs for.
