Chimama has an application in progress.
Chimama is an 8.6 lb, 2-3 year old wirehaired chihuahua. She has a sad story to tell. She was found on a country road in a ditch, trying to keep her 5 tiny babies warm. By the time someone found her, three of her puppies had frozen to death. The other two survived to make it to the shelter, but didn't live long enough to make it to rescue.
Chimama is a sweet little low-key girl who likes to wear her coat indoors to stay warm and cuddle up on a blanket near our fireplace. She is fine around people and other dogs. She is crate trained and housebroken if you take her out on a regular schedule. She hasn't yet learned how to tell us when she has to go outside. Please submit an application if you'd like to meet her. Due to her small size, no children under 8 years old.
