Snowy is a very sweet dog. She looks like a short yellow lab, almost white in color with a hint of blonde. Her front feet turn out just slightly, so we think she may be a lab/bassett mix. So far she is a quiet, gentle girl. She will come up to you for hugs, and lean into you. She also seems to enjoy the company of children and other dogs. So far so good in the housebreaking department, no accidents in her foster home. Too soon to tell if she's housebroken, but if she's not 100%, then she's probably pretty close. She rides nicely in a car, sits or sleeps in the back seat without jumping around. No signs of carsickness. She would make geat pet for a family that enjoys travel or camping.
We have found out that Snowy does not like to be crated, so she would not be a good match for you if you are intent on crate training your dog.
This girl seems to have all the good qualities of a labrador retriever in a scaled down size, what more could you ask for? Hurry and
submit an application...we believe this girl is going to go fast!
We are not a shelter. Our dogs are fostered in a home environment. All meetings are by appointment. We do not know if any of our dogs are good with cats as we have no way to cat test them in our foster program.
If you are interested in meeting or possibly adopting this dog, please
submit our adoption application to begin the process.
