My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Rolo, yep, you heard right. Just like the candy. So this is the deal. I am a smooth collie mix. I was left out around Lake Livingston to fend for myself. But, luckily, the person that found me called Texas Collie & Sheltie Rescue and they took me in. I’m an energetic boy of a little over a year. My favorite pastimes are playing and more playing with a little nap time thrown in. I like dogs and people. Haven’t ever met a cat so I don’t know about that. But, my forever home would really, REALLY need to have a playmate for me. Did I mention I like to play???? If I fit the bill for you just fill out an application at www.texascollierescue.org. Rolo

Rolo is a good-looking boy. Beautiful eyes rimmed in black, freckles on his nose, and a nice white ruff. He gets along well with other dogs (not sure about cats since there are none here), likes to play, but really likes attention, and is a happy and energetic dog. He would definitely need a playmate in his new home. Or someone who was in to running and would take him along. He is house-trained, crate-trained, and leash trained. We would love to hear from you if you are interested in him.
