Fuji is such a sad case. He is an elderly Pit Bull who has been with his owner for years. Unfortunately, his owner does not want to pay the costs associated with getting him out and insuring him. Fuji has a wonderful disposition - very calm and quiet. He's very dirty, but will be quite handsome once he's cleaned up. Fuji would love a warm bed and someone caring about him, while he enjoys his last years. Please come by and see him! PLEASE REFER TO LOG # 257 WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT FUJI. For more current information on the availability of an animal, please call Animal Control (401) 243-6040 between 11 - 3. Please refer to animals by their log number rather than their name. You must go to the shelter to arrange an adoption in person. No adoptions can be arranged over the phone or by Internet. Shelter hours are Monday - Saturday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM - closed holidays.
