My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teddy is a Lab mix and a wonderful dog. He loves people and does great with kids and other dogs, he is very affectionate and sweet. Teddy is the whole package, loving, potty trained, listens well, knows basic commands, and playful. Teddy is crate trained but can be trusted to be left out in the house when you're out. He is about 6 years old and 60 pounds. He has a beautiful silky soft coat.

Teddy is fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $195.

Happy Tails Rescue Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit foster-based rescue based in Munster, Indiana. We have no shelter, all of our animals are cared for in loving foster homes until their forever home match is found. All of our animals are fully vetted before adoption, including distemper, rabies, and bordatella vaccines, a heartworm test, fecal test, microchip, and are spayed/neutered. Adoption fees range from $150-$350. If you're interested in meeting one of our animals please fill out an application first. If approved we will then arrange a meet and greet. Happy Tails does not do same day adoptions because we do a short home visit to make sure our animals are being placed in safe environments.
