River Bottoms Homeless Pets is an animal rescue that works with several other rescues in the area to save cats and dogs and sometimes other critters. You must be 25 yrs old and own your home to adopt from here or have a letter from your landlord stating you can have a dog/cat where you live. All dogs/cats must be spayed or neutered when adopting. Adoption fees vary with each animal but at the very least they will have had shots, wormed, and an appointment to be altered already scheduled.If they appear sick they will have been seen by a vet. No guarantee can be made to he health of an animal but every reasonable effort is made to ensure their health is good before they are adopted out.

Polydactyl female. Found in a subdivision of Sacramento and starving. MUST remain indoors!! Terrified of dogs. Affectionate and sweet but is aware of her declawed status and so is fearful.
