Hi; my name is Rosa but my foster mom says Rosie fits me better because I see life through rose colored glasses. I am so beautiful, I make heads turn and traffic stop. I have lost most of my eyesight. But I see with my heart anyway so I don't really miss it. I can see light and some movement but you should see me go. I can find my way into the house and around the house by following sounds and objects. I love sitting on your lap. I am 9 years old but going on 5, same as my foster mom. My foster mom says you better speak up for her quick because she needs a perfect person to love with all of her heart not her eyes. If you want a sweet companion, please ask for me on your application.
