Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mumm is a sweet Border Collie/Cattledog mix about two to three years old. She got dealt a lousy hand in her early life. She lived on a ranch with a zillion dogs and just one human. He was a bit of a recluse so there were no visitors. She is a classic example of why socializing is so important. Because she never experienced new people, they scare her. Once she finds out that you mean her no harm, she LOVES ear scritches and petting.
She has just finished raising a litter of puppies and now it’s her turn for a new home with a caring, compassionate person or family who can give her the time and patience it will take for her to learn to trust. She shows some preference for men since that’s who she grew up with but she has accepted her foster mom too. If you have a big heart and a good supply of patience, you will be rewarded bigtime as you watch her come out of her shell and thrive. She hasn’t been tested with other dogs yet because she’s still protective of the pups. Lots for her to learn about. Are you the right person to show her what life can be?
She also needs a new foster home as her current foster is having major surgery on May 20th.
Please email adopt@rocketdogrescue.org to meet her!
