Meet Collette. This beautiful, blue darling was spotted on the side of the freeway ramp in Oakland after her owners dumped her off there. They said they had housing issues and were unable to keep her.. We just can’t believe dropping your dog off on the side of the road seemed like an option..

We are so happy this doll is with us, and is doing so great. We think she is about 6 months old. She is currently in a foster home working on learning the basics. She is a happy little wiggly gal who is eager to please and has a lust for life. Collette enjoys playing with other dogs, she’s a confident bossy gal. She would do well with another dog, or as an only dog.
