My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beautiful Diamond was found as a stray in South Carolina by animal control and taken to a high kill shelter where her stray hold was 5 days and then she would be euthanized for space. When no owner came for her, we agreed to take her, and oh, what a great dog she is! Diamond is the perfect family pet! She is working on her housebreaking and doing well, but doesn't have a signal yet to let you know she needs to go out. She gets along great with both cats and dogs, and she LOVES kids! We aren't totally sure of her breed mix - the shelter listed her as a labradoodle, but she may have terrier in her instead of poodle. While we cannot guarantee breed mix or even whether she will be a shedder or not, we know she is super sweet!

Diamond is estimated to be 1-2 years old and weighs about 43 lbs. She is not expected to get any bigger. She walks well on a leash and knows a few basic commands. She also rides very well in a car! Whoever owned her first definitely spent time with her and probably had kids and other pets as she is very happy around everyone!

Diamond has been vaccinated and microchipped and will be spayed on June 1 prior to adoption. Diamond is heartworm negative and has been on flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention and must remain on them.
