Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Birthdate: October 14, 2014. Please welcome Mandy to rescue. She is a teenager who's full of life.
Mandy has cerebellar hypoplasia (CH). Usually symptoms of CH can be seen immediately at birth in cats. Cerebellar hypoplasia causes jerky movements, tremors, and generally uncoordinated motion. The animal often falls down and has trouble walking. Tremors increase when the animal is excited and subside when at ease. There are several bacterial infections and viral infections such as feline panleukopenia, caused by feline parvovirus (while in utero) that can result in the disorder in both cats and dogs. The disease can also be caused by malnutrition, poisoning, injury or general accidents during development in the fetus.
Mandy is an awesome young lady and will live a long and healthy life. Her neuro disorder is not progressive and her case is mild to medium. If you are interested in Mandy, please contact Hope Rescue Society or see her at our Saturday adoption events 11 am - 4 pm at the Sterling Heights Petco by Lakeside Mall right next to ToysRUs.
