My story

Casstiel was part of the fresno state equestrian team - His Warm blood Registered name is Ditto - he is a Selle Francis Thoroughbred cross -He is a dream of a horse, 15.3 hands tall , up to date on every thing. He is sound though does wear shoes on his front feet due to thin soles. We have copy of his vet reports, his legs were x-rayed He will carry a beginner but he likes some one that has experience with English riding. He knows some dressage moves (he knows more than we know how to ask for) . 14 years old. He was matched with a student for several years. He was part of the Fresno State Equestrian team, ridden hunt seat. The college said they thought they sold him to a good home over a year ago. It is not clear what happened in that year. He is 14 years old, sound, patient, and is 15.2 hands tall. - When he was last here I could put any rider on him and not have to worry about that rider. His last adopter returned him with a recommendation that he not be handled or ridden by someone below an expert /professional level of horsemanship who is familiar with show jumpers. He does not have good skills on the trail. While it looks like he enjoy trails, logs can become 4ft jumps in his mind. He is opinionated and will attempt to pick his own trails or refuse to move forward. He was very high strung in the barn setting and does much better with 24 hour a day turn out. For his last home he was hard to load for them (not something we have seen in him) - They reported he panics in closed spaces or cross ties - For us he stands still at the mounting block, he loads in the trailer, He is not bothered by whips or ropes. He needs a strong rider
