For all of you little scruffy lap dog lovers out there.... meet Lulu! Lulu is about 1 year old and she weighs a comfortable 13 lbs.. Lulu is a tad shy at first, but she warms up quickly and enjoys being held and cuddled. Her ideal home would be one with a fenced yard and no small children.
