Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Ginger! Ginger is a Dachshund, maybe a Corgi, mix. Long body with little short legs. . .one of our favorites! And her front feet have white socks. Super cute.
She has a very nice temperament. Sweet, very quiet, good in the home. Ginger is EXCELLENT on a leash and at the off-leash dog park. Check-out the video and see for yourself. She explores and socializes with the other dogs, but she doesn't wander off too far. She loves to go for walks and would make an excellent hiking partner.
Ginger is good in the car, and gets along well with other dogs. Excellent sleeper, both in a crate or snuggled up next to you in the bed. She's a little "mouthy," which means she likes to put her mouth on your hand when she wants attention or she's playing. She does this mostly in the morning when she wants to snuggle. She doesn't apply pressure -- and it's fairly common -- but we're working on getting her to stop doing this. If you have very young children, you'd have to let them know that she's just playing. Otherwise, we can't say enough good things about this amazing little girl.
Ginger is completely house-trained, spayed, up-to-date on her shots and microchipped. She's about 2 or 3 years old and weighs just under 20 pounds. We'd love to find her a forever home so spread the word.
