Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Monty came from a high kill shelter where he was dropped off as a stray. He was tested for heart worms and was positive. This put his chance of being saved very slim as the shelter does not treat for heart worms and can't adopt him out. There had been no interest in him till we went by and the first thing we saw was those ears. We could not leave him and have treated many dogs for heart worms lately. This could all have been prevented with a monthly med. Monty has had his heart worm treatment and had to stay calm for a month before we could find him his new loving home. He is now ready, are you for this bundle of energy? We have him as special needs also because from time to time Monty has had some seizures. They only last for a few minutes and do not seem to faze him at all. He looks to be a Chihuahua/Corgi with the ears he has. He is only about 15lbs, full grown. He is about 2-3 years old. He loves everything and everyone and just loves to run and play. Would you consider opening your heart to him?
