Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Update 1/11/2016: Tanner is still looking for his forever home. He is such a sweet boy and will be a year old on (estimated) Jan. 13, 2016. He will be with the rescue for almost a year very soon. He has grown up at the rescue and would love to find his forever home. If you are looking for a companion to always be by your side, your shadow, then Tanner is the boy for you! Adopting Tanner allows us the opportunity to save the life of another dog that is sitting in a high kill shelter. It's a win win situation and Tanner is so awesome! Whoever adopts him will be the lucky one! If you are interested in fostering or adopting Tanner, please fill out an application.
The adoption and/or foster application can be found on this website: http://www.haveaheartdogrescue.petfinder.org
Update 10/23/2015: Tanner has been with the rescue for several months now. He would really love to find his forever home. He prefers a home with other dogs and loves children. He doesn't like to be left alone and needs a home where someone is home most of the time or a heavy duty kennel/crate he can't escape from when nobody is home. He is a great boy, handsome, very loving, loves his rawhides and just being outside. He is house trained and will whine when he needs to go out. He does great on his foster home and is rarely crated since someone is home often as they work different shifts. We would love for Tanner to find his forever home before the holidays. Won't you give him his forever home? Adopting from us saves the life of two dogs, the one you adopted and the one that is waiting in a kill shelter to be saved.
Hi, I'm Tanner! I'm a very laid back lab mix around 10 months old. I came down with the dreaded parvo disease and survived my treatment. I am the typically puppy, great with other dogs and children. Did I mention I have beautiful blue/green eyes. I am ready for my forever home! Won't you take me home?
My adoption donation is $100.00 and it includes, deworming, up to date on shots, microchip and neuter.
If you are interested in adopting me please fill out an adoption application. The rescue requires an approved adoption application prior to meeting me.
The adoption application can be found on this website: http://www.haveaheartdogrescue.petfinder.org
