Casper is a 7 year old America Eskimo who is good with other dogs , needs a home with out cats or kids. Casper is very attached to his foster home and came from a bad situation. He needs time to adjust to new people and surroundings. As soon as he does he is attached to you like glue. Casper will require a couple meetings and a trial period before adoption. We know the perfect home is out there somewhere
