Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Wilbur is at the Adopt-A-Pet Shop in Plymouth, MN- stop by and say hello!
Name: Wilbur
DOB: ~ 11/11/14
Breed/Color: DLH/Orange
Wilbur is quite the kitten. Similar to his namesake Wilbur Wright, this little guy flew into the good life. He is certainly destined for greatness. As a high energy kitten he will entertain you for hours with his antics. Anything and everything will be used as a toy, including his foster parent's hands and feet and foster sibling's tails. Once he is worn out, you'll be rewarded with loud purring and cuddling on your lap or shoulder.
Wilbur is an outgoing goof once you earn his trust. He is slowly overcoming his past and has made great strides but still requires a slow, understanding approach. New humans are pretty scary and will cause him to hide. He will choose to interact if offered food or a toy however as long as he's allowed access to his hiding spaces as needed. He coexists well with his 3 year old canine foster sibling but does require supervision. He has had limited interaction with his 8 year old feline foster sibling. He is very interested in her but does back off when he is hissed at.
His ideal home would include a patient family who is willing to let him set the pace of interactions. Respectful older children would be ok and perhaps a furry playmate or two.
Adoption Fees: All of our cats are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated (as age appropriate), tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV, given flea/tick & heartworm preventative, & fecal tested (dewormed if needed) before being adopted out. Wilbur's adoption fee is $160 including tax; adoptive homes are given all vet records at the adoption.
