My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocky is approximately 6 to 7 years old and is just a joy to have around. He gets along well with our two Beagles. He is not an alpha male. He loves to lay on our deck and sunbathe for hours but he is definitely an inside lap dog. He eats well and needs to lose a few pounds (he weighs 13 pounds). We have been working on this. Rocky would do well in a household who has older children (older than 12 who are gentle as he is very shy and does not like raised voices- when scared he runs for his kennel) He tends to bark at passerby's but if you call his attention he stops quickly. He is not a whiner! When he is kenneled you would not even know he is in the house. Rocky has a slight limp and does not like to go on very long walks, however a stroll around the block suits him just fine. I love this boy and a GREAT home is a must! He deserves a person who will see and appreciate his beauty (inner and outer). I will miss this beauty when he goes to his new forever home as will my Husband and our Beagles.
Rocky is neutered and current on shots, he will get his dental and Micro Chip on May 5th and be ready for adoption on May 7th.
