5/16/15 - I'VE BEEN ADOPTED!

5/8/15 - My name is Angel and you would think my last name was ball the way I’ve been bounced around lately. My first mom had to go defend our country and gave me to her parents. They decided they could not keep me so they posted me on facebook and gave me away. That family was nice to me, be realized that the vetting I so desperately needed was going to be way too much for them, so they reached out to Yorkie Haven Rescue.

Fast forward to today: I am in a foster home with another pup and a great foster mom. I’ve been spayed, got my shots, been heartworm tested (yah, negative), and had my teeth cleaned and a lot taken out since they had never been cared for before. I still eat hard food fine. I get to sleep in the big person bed and this comfort will definitely be a pre-requisite. We are working on my potty training and even though I make mistakes, I am using potty pads and going outside as well.

Foster mom says I have a great personality and am so sweet that my name should have been Sugar. But seems I’m a bit of an angel as well, so we’ll keep this name. I would probably like another dog to be my friend and play with. I’m sure cats would be fine too. I’m just an all around great little girl that would love a home with no small children and a mom or dad that was around a good bit.

I would like a fenced in back yard so I don’t have to do my private business on a leash. Although, I do walk ok on a leash, a girl just needs her privacy. Anyway, I’m willing and ready to move again knowing that my next home will be my last and it will definitely be good since they say that YHR only chooses the best.
