My story

This is TC is about 12 years old. He is a tame cockatiel that loves his head to be scratched. He prefers males over females. He does like to whistle and play with his toys. He is a very personal bird, meaning he likes to be where every one is. He is in need of a loving home that will take the time to spend with him and love him just the way he is. He is a special bird.
