Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Charlie was adopted from us as a puppy, and was returned. Sometimes it's just a matter of the right dog for the wrong home. Charlie is 9 months old, is housetrained, crate trained, and great on the leash. He is scared here, let's be honest, but he trusts and warms up quickly with some yummy treats and gentle affection. He allows all over touch, he has lived with small children, and he was fine with the cats at the shelter. He was actually trying to play with the office cat. He knows how to sit on cue and shake paw. He met some really nice shelter dogs, and although he was fine with them, he was a bit nervous meeting them at first. He is a great size for a lot of different living situations and he thinks it's perfectly fine for him to cuddle up on a lap and give hugs. Give him some time, and you will see a wonderful, affectionate companion.
Pupdate - Charlie is making great strides here at the shelter as he learns to meet strangers and learns to enjoy the company of other dogs. He still has a way to go, but we think this cuddly love bug will continue to thrive in the right home.
Charlie's adoption fee is $150 and includes neuter, current vaccines, microchip, free vet visit, 30 days free pet health insurance, and custom engraved ID tag.
