Casper was dumped in a church parking lot with his buddy Evie. They spent a total of 5 days there. A concerned citizen started calling rescues. Thank you to all that heped. It took us an hour to coax him into a crate. Casper is really a sweet guy. He is housetrained and cratetrained. This guy gets along with everyone and really loves kids.
