Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello my name is Barry White and I do live up to my name. I am a 2 I was found running along the street of a busy intersection by a technician that works at St. Francis of Assisi. He was kind enough to open his car door to me and I just hopped right in. My fur was completely matted and I was filthy. My friends at St. Francis shaved me down and cleaned me up. I am a special needs dog, and since I was neglected for so long they discovered that I was Heartworm Positive and I was blind in one eye. The staff at St. Francis is treating me for heartworms and as soon as I'm done with treatment I have the green light to get my neuter taken care of. Besides my issues I am an overall HAPPY pet. I get along with just about anything and everyone and I enjoy giving kisses as well. There is NO re-homing fee for my adoption. I just ask that you provide me with a loving home. After all I think that's the least I deserve. If you are interested in adopting me please contact my friends at St. Francis. They won't have any problems answering any questions that you might have. You can reach them at (210)509-8500. Call today and take me home tomorrow!!
