My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little cairn terrier/dachshund mix is approx 2-3 yrs old and 12 lbs. She is shy, and quiet. Once she feels safe, she loves to sit on your lap and get lots of attention. She will need some time to feel safe and secure and settle in to a new home. Se has a favorite doggie bed that she loves to hang out in. She seems to be pretty well house trained and does well on a leash. Because she is a little timid at first, we would recommend an all adult home, or home with older children. She is a precious little dog and will make a great companion.

The total adoption cost of $475 includes the required interstate health certificate and transport, spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. All our dogs are in foster care, there is no physical shelter. Some have not yet arrived in PA.
