Here's what the humans have to say about me:
William came to New Moon Rabbit Rescue on 6 November 2014. He was the most recent of many rabbit we have helped rescue from a group of many strays bunnies that were living in a rural community in North Grenville. His situation involves many stray (partially to fully feral) rabbits that have been allowed to breed and run free off of an individual’s property. Most of these rabbits are simply disappearing after a few weeks or months of being first seen or are being hit on roads and this is no life for these beautiful sweethearts.
William is one of the lucky ones…
William has been in foster care and getting to know what it is like to be a bunny. He is such a sweet little man and has come so far. He LOVES fruit and it has been a great bonding tool to help gain his trust. He is also an absolutely AMAZING hay eater. We have never found hay he doesn’t love!!
He has only recently been neutered (26 March 2015). He was a brave little boy and did fabulously on his big day. His new foster Mum says he is catching on to his litter habits very well and settling in to his new environment quite well. We are so so proud of him! Although it is not possible to know his exact age, we believe William is an older bunny (possibly 3-4+) but is full of life and deserve more than anything to finally have a life of happiness with a family.
If you are interested in giving this sweet man the forever home that he so deserves, please visit our website at www.newmoonrabbitrescue.ca and fill out an Adoption Application. If you have any questions about William you can drop us a line at info@newmoonrabbitrescue.ca
