My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This girl was brought to us by a woman who found her. She was said to be shy. She so far has not really wanted much to do with us. We are able to pet her, but she wants to stay in a corner. We have realized she is very protective of children. She might make a family a very protective dog.

Dixie has made a lot of progress in her time with us. She has taken up to me and I have taken up to her. If I didn't already have so many of my own, this girl would be mine. She is an amazing dog. I cannot be more excited to see how far she has come since she has been here. She is happy and loving. She doesn't run from a leash anymore! She is still a little shy of those she doesn't know but she will warm up quickly. Amazing and beautiful, inside and out. Love this girl!
