Poor Tobi has been bounced around a few times. It seems they love him to pieces then something happens within the family, to no fault of Tobi's, and he gets dumped. He is good with other dogs but prefers to have all the attention to himself. He is good with cats and lived with children. Tobi has a slight skin allergy and is on medication for it. It works well and is inexpensive. He is a love of a dog and just LOVES attention from people!! He would love to meet you!!
