Meet Sasha!
This sweet girl is a 4 year old Lab mix who is currently available for adoption in Crescent City, California!
Sasha is a sweet girl who is ready for a new start! Sasha was given up to the shelter after she kept escaping her yard, but is really an all around wonderful girl. She walks well on a leash, doesn't react to other dogs, and even knows a few manners like sit. She also keeps a clean kennel so she is most likely a wonderfully clean house mate. Sasha will of course need a secured yard, and would love a family who either has plenty of room for her to run or likes to take her out on walks and/or hikes. Sasha doesn't even mind if she shares her home with another dog!
This is one wonderful dog, and she is ready to go home with her new family!
Born Again Pit Bull Rescue regularly works with the wonderful people at the Del Norte County Animal Control located out in rural Crescent City, CA (a tiny coastal city on the OR/CA border). They have a very small shelter with small indoor 3x6 kennel runs, low foot traffic, odd adoption viewing hours and it rains a lot which means the dogs cant come outside and play.
We want you to see some really great dogs that they have in their care--it's just a 5-hour drive from Portland to adopt your new BFF! *Please note that occasionally there are volunteers who can assist with transporting the dog from the shelter to Grants Pass/Eugene/Salem/Portland *
Del Norte County Animal Control is located in Crescent City, CA. They are open Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm. They are closed Saturday and Sunday.
