Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Eoghan (pronounced "owen") is a very cute 9 month old Border Collie mix. This boy is so sweet to his people, and gets along great with other dogs and cats! For a young Border Collie mix, Eoghan is pretty mellow, but still requires plenty of mental and physical stimulation to keep him out of trouble! For the most part, Eoghan is a very good boy. He is mostly housetrained with very few accidents, and is working on crate training. He is usually very good about only chewing on toys, but occasionally forgets that things like socks are not for chewing! He does mouth a bit but is getting much better. Eoghan knows "sit" and is working on more commands. Eoghan is pretty agile and has tried to and *almost* succeeded in jumping over 4ft fences, so he will need a yard with a 6ft+ or electric fence.
Eoghan has been described as the "perfect puppy" by his admirers and we would have to agree! He will be a wonderful addition to an active household that is ready to continue with his basic training!
*Please note: NBCR does not adopt dogs under the age of one year into homes with children under the age of ten years*
