Rico is around 2-years-old and a Chihuahua mix. He was found as a stray and is a little overwhelmed by the shelter environment. He is unsure of new people and takes a little time to warm up, but once he deems you 'special' he loves to be held and to stick close. Rico is looking for a quiet home who can help with socialization and his confidence. Could you be his very special person?
