Here's what the humans have to say about me:
K.D. is a very delicate 1-year old female brown tabby with beautiful golden eyes. She appeared one day in a feral colony in Atlantic City, filthy, emaciated and suffering from a severe upper respiratory infection. The colony caretakers immediately realized that she was not a feral cat and contacted us for help. It was clear from the start that K.D. was well-socialized and had most likely been raised in a home. Whether she had slipped outdoors and become lost, or had been abandoned by her family, she was perfectly happy to be placed in a carrier and brought back inside. After a few days of good food, a warm bed, a trip to the vet and lots of love, K.D. was feeling much better, and began to jump, run and play. She is a very active kitty who loves attention and is very chatty. She has spent her foster time taking care of two foster kittens, and likes the company of people and other cats. She’s very nosy and has to be involved with anything going on around her, and enjoys exploring every inch of her environment. She likes to be held and cuddled, and greets you as you come through the door with a very excited “Meow!”
Although she has a robust appetite, she is very tall and slender with long legs and a tail that is always held high and happy. She has a very sweet temperament and is very playful. K.D. is spayed, fully vaccinated and FIV/FeLV negative and would love to have your undivided attention!
