My story

This distinguished gent is Brutus, a quiet fellow who loves life and is only lacking a family to hang out and chill with.

Brutus has a calm disposition and gets along well with many other dogs. He'd love a forever home with a companion to keep him company and help with his confidence. Despite his years, Brutus still enjoys a playful wrestle.

Brutus needs some work on his basic obedience, mainly pulling while walking as he gets excited for his outings, but does tire after only a couple kilometers. He loves the outdoors and car rides and is always looking for the perfect 'something' to roll on.

This easy going guy is very adaptable and would excel in any type of forever home, however loud noises sometimes startle him so one with older children may be better suited for Brutus. Brutus has no issues with separation anxiety and is house- and crate-trained. He happily settles in his crate at night or when you're off to work.

Brutus is available as a foster-to-adopt while we complete his vetting. He does have a heart murmur but at this time it is not affecting his quality of life. Once he is neutered, his foster family will be given first opportunity to adopt.
