Here's what the humans have to say about me:
She loves to play alone and with others (we've even played a real game of hide&seek, where we each take turns). She enjoys being pet and purrs all the time. She will greet you every time you reenter your home or when you wake up in the morning, but she is definitely not the kind of cat that requires constant affection. She can spend quite a bit of time watching for birds through the window or fixating on a video of moving fish. She has tons of energy, which is why I thought she might have bruised her eye (she has indeed flipped and slammed herself trying to catch a flying toy I carelessly led too close to a wall). She has also been known to release all that youthful energy by running back and forth on her own pretending to chase things, it's pretty adorable. She has no litter box problems at all, she likes being picked up ok but only in one style it seems & she prefers lying against you as opposed to in your lap though she's done both.
What made her most recent foster mom initially concerned was some blood that showed up in one of her eyes. When she was taken to the vet, they did some tests and she came up negative for most everything. Ultimately, the vet determined it was possible she had something called FIP. We can't know for sure if that is what is affecting her or how it will continue to affect her in her future. Some cats who have FIP do just fine for their whole lives, but others do have serious problems and can even have organ failure in the end.
If adopting Pepper right now doesn't seem best, doing a short-term or long-term foster is still an option, during which time she would remain listed as adoptable to other possible homes.
