Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ava is a petite German Shepherd with a lot of personality. She is the standard black and tan that everyone recognizes and has a commanding bark that anyone that is looking for a guard dog will appreciate. Ava does well in the house but not left unattended for long periods of time, as she does get bored and will find anything she can to chew on (which is typical for shepherds). She loves to chase birds and can jump quite high when trying to catch them, it's so fun to watch her! She will go for rides in the car but really prefers to guard the homestead while you're away. Ava is familiar with being on a chain tether or in a kennel but does well being loose in a securely fenced yard. She is protective of her domain but will take well to those that family introduces her too as "friend".
