Adorable, friendly, affectionate Argo, a hound/terrier/retriever mix, was rescued by PAWS from death row at a high kill facility -- he was found in poor condition with extremely bowed legs from what the vet thinks might have been caused by either poor nutrition as a pup or birth defect. This does not prevent him from anything -- he just has a special gait -- he's a strong and happy boy.
Argo can be very active and curious, but he loves to cuddle as well. He is crate trained, good with other dogs, but no cats for him as he's a chaser. We estimate Argo to be about 1-2 years old. Currently Argo is in foster care and his foster family says he is a fantastic dog. Argo would probably love to have another dog friend with whom he can play. He is eagerly awaiting a forever home!!
