March 7th Update* PARKER IS IN A TRIAL ADOPTION.

PARKER was brought to the shelter by a good samaritan who said she had been left behind on the back porch when her owners had to leave their home. Too often, when people have a sudden housing crisis, the pets are the unintended victims. She is a super sweet, affectionate, people and dog loving young adult who will thrive in an active home with other dogs and gentle kids.
She a wonderful little gal, house trained and leash trained.

Her one small flaw is that she is in a bit of a chewing phase! So any home will have to provide both the basic training she needs and help her re-direct her attention to things she is allowed to chew!

She is a great young dog.
